Refund/Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Services and digital products are non-refundable once delivered and accepted by the client.

  • Physical products (if applicable) can be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging.

Return Process:

  • Contact our support team at info@vantamarketinggroup.com to initiate a return.

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.

  • Ship the product back to our address provided by the support team.

Refunds:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • For services, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for projects canceled before completion.

Service Cancellation:

  • Clients can cancel services at any time by providing written notice to info@vantamarketinggroup.com.

  • Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly.

Project Cancellation Fees:

  • If a project is canceled within 14 days of commencement, 50% of the project fee will be charged.

  • For cancellations after 14 days, the full project fee will be due.

Physical Events:

  • Physical events cannot be returned and can only be canceled 30 days in advance with no refund of the initial deposit.

Subscription Services:

  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time with no further charges beyond the current billing period.
